How to become a SuperAgent
Becoming a SuperAgent sets you apart as a top performer known for exceptional service.
To achieve this status, you must meet seven key criteria: having a verified profile, the number of live listings, generating a minimum number of leads, ensuring quick overall and WhatsApp response times, keeping a high listing quality score, and avoiding any blacklisted or reported properties.
Verified Agent Profile
Being a verified real estate professional ensures credibility and trust. A Verified profile is a signal to potential clients that you are a legitimate and trusted agent who delivers high-quality service.
Criteria: Your profile must be verified.
Number of Live Listings
This refers to the number of active listings you have on Property Finder. A healthy range showcases that you actively manage a variety of listings, offering potential clients plenty of options to choose from.
Criteria: Minimum of 5 live listings at the time of evaluation
Number of Leads Received
This tracks the number of leads generated from your listed properties through all trackable channels.
Criteria: At least 10 leads in the last 60 days.
WhatsApp Response Time
Quick communication is key to success. Your median response time to clients via WhatsApp, between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM should be as quick as possible, showing your dedication to timely engagement.
Criteria: 90 minutes or less on average over a 60-day period
Overall Response Rate
This measures how responsive you are across all trackable channels. Maintaining this ensures you're addressing client inquiries promptly and effectively.
Criteria: Minimum response rate of 80% over the last 60 days.
Listings Quality Score
Your overall listings reflect the accuracy, detail, and appeal of your property listings, helping to attract more interest from potential clients.
Criteria: Maintain at least a 90% quality score over the last 60 days.
Blacklisted Properties
This criterion tracks any listings that have been automatically deleted or disputed due to quality or compliance issues, having no reported listings ensures that you consistently meet compliance and AAA standards.
Criteria: You should have no more than 3 blacklisted properties in the past 30 days.

The SuperAgent tag is awarded on the first of each month.
The SuperAgent criteria review happens on the last day of each month, if you met all the requirements already, you should expect to receive the SuperAgent tag on the first of the upcoming month.
Your listings' ranking in the Search Result page depends on multiple factors, including but not limited to your SuperAgent Status.
Two SuperAgent can have a different Agent Score, which includes (but is not limited to) other factors like how many listings have been reported for that agent, or what is the average quality score of their listings.
