Overview

This guide walks you through the step-by-step process of creating and publishing a property listing on PF Expert. Following these steps will help ensure your listing is complete, compliant, and optimized for maximum visibility.

Step 1:  Add Core details 

• Log in to PF Expert.
  
  
• From the Listings page, click List New Property.
  
  
  

Step 2: Add Property Specifications

Enter rooms, bathrooms, and property size (must match permit/title deed).

Add optional details: developer, unit info, parking, furnishing type, project status, property age, floor number.

 

Note: Unit numbers and property owner details are for internal use only (not displayed online).

Step 3: Add Media (Images, Videos, 360 virtual tours)

• Upload the required number of images (based on bedrooms). Use high-quality, landscape format (4:3 ratio).
  
  
• Select a cover photo that highlights a strong feature (view, luxury furniture, pool).
   
• Add a 360° virtual tour or a YouTube-format video to make the listing more engaging. 

Step 4: Specify the Property Price

• Enter the rental or sale price (per Form A or leasing form).
  
   
• For off-plan listings, include the down payment percentage (set to 0 if none).
  

  

  
   

Step 5: Add Amenities 

Select all relevant amenities from the available list to highlight your property’s features.

Step 6: Add Description

Write a catchy title (30–50 characters) with keywords that emphasize unique features.

 

Add a detailed description (750–2000 characters) covering property details, community highlights, amenities, and payment information.

Step 7: Review Quality Score & Preview

Preview your listing in real-time on the right-hand panel.

 

Check the Quality Score indicator at the top to ensure your listing meets best practices for maximum visibility.

Step 8: Publish Your Listing

Click Publish and choose the listing type:

 

• Standard (1 month)
  
   
• Featured (15 days or 1 month)
  
   
• Premium (15 days or 1 month, with highest visibility)
  
   

A confirmation message will appear once your listing is successfully published.

Troubleshooting: Why Is My Listing Not Published?

If your listing doesn’t go live, PF Expert will show an error message. 

Common issues include:

• Insufficient credits → Ensure you have enough credits to cover the listing type.
  
    
• Incomplete details → All mandatory fields (*) must be filled.
  
   
• Permissions issue → You may not have publishing rights. Check your user permissions or contact your Admin.
